Inspired by 2011 ENGL Powerball II
The model 11 EPB II Clean it is designed to deliver clean, warm, round and very dynamic, ideal for:
- Blues, jazz and classic rock
- Clean sounds with vintage character
- Pedal platformer (great with overdrive and boost)
It is a clean amp with a darker and fuller character than bright-style amps.

Treble
Controls the high frequencies:
- Low → very warm and soft sound
- High → brighter and more open
- It serves to add definition without making the sound too sharp
Middle
Controls the mid frequencies:
- Low → more hollow sound
- High → more body and presence
- Important for blues and jazz sounds
Bass
Control the low frequencies:
- Low → tighter and controlled
- High → full and round This amp has very “musical” lows
Gain
Control the preamp level:
- Low → pure clean
- Medium → light breakup
- High → soft crunch Saturates softly, very musical
Master
Controls the final volume of the amplifier:
- Low → less pressure
- High → more body and dynamics Interacts with Gain for feel
Output Level
Controls the global final volume:
- Negative → attenuation 0 d
- B → neutral
- Positive → boost Does not alter the timbre
