Inspired by Sennheiser® MD409

The DYN 409 It is inspired by the classic Sennheiser MD409, a historic microphone widely used for electric guitar.

Main features:

  • Sound smooth, balanced and musical
  • Averages present but less aggressive than the DYN57
  • Sweeter and more controlled highs
  • Excellent balance between definition and warmth

It is the “perfect middle ground” between DYN57 and DYN7

Frequencies

  • Low → controlled and natural
  • Medium → present but smooth
  • High → soft, never harsh
