4x12 ValveKing – TR (Top Right speaker) position relative to BL / BR / TL:

  • then change frequency response, attack, brilliance, SOUND CHARACTER, more bright and defined, less low-mid than BL, more presence on the highs, more answer “cutting” in the mix, in practice plus version, open, defined, “lead-friendly”

Mic Axis (On/Off)

  • OFF → more controlled
  • here -> OFF almost mandatory ON only for very sharp sounds
Low (dB)
  • negative → tighter
  • positive → more body
  • this cab: less bass present → you can boost slightly

  • negative → less harsh
  • positive → more presence
  • VERY IMPORTANT -> often -2 / -4 dB
Delay (ms)
  • useful for -> giving depth compensating direct sound

  • ON → more natural
